Delivery and returns
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times vary
depending on your location:
– For International orders: between 7 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal service delays. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your order.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your
items, you can return them within 5 business days of receiving your order for a refund.
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at returns@bobo-couture.com with your name and order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the items back to us using your preferred mail service.

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do
not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit voucher valid for 3 months that you can use
towards a future purchase.
We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receiving the items. The value of the voucher will be the original purchase price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 5 business days.
Exclusions
Please note that custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item was damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 5 business days. We will be happy to process the exchange, but you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
