Orders and Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Euro’s and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing is accurate, but occasionally errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order containing a pricing or product description error.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We process and ship orders within 2 business days of receiving the order.
  • Delivery times vary by location, but are typically 2 business days within Netherlands and 7 business days for international orders.
  • We provide tracking information for all shipments.
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Returns and Refunds

  • You may return most items within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit voucher valid for 3 months.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Bobo Couture website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bobo Couture and protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Bobo Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
