SHIPPING POLICY

All orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within Europe

Processing Times

This is the time it takes to prepare the order before shipping it, this is different to the Shipping time it takes for an order to be delivered. For items that are ready to ship, we ship within 1 to 3 working days. 

 

Processing Times for Made to Order Items

If the item says made to order in the description, the time to process will vary depending on the item, this can be anything between 3 to 10 working days this will also be stated in the item description.

 

NL  Delivery Times

Standard NL Delivery: takes 1 to 3 Working days

Next Day Delivery: orders placed before 2pm GMT is delivered the next working day

All orders are shipped with post.nl and a tracking number will be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched.

 

International Delivery Times

Standard Europe Delivery: takes a minimum of 5 working days

Express Europe Delivery: takes 1 to 3 working days

 Tracking number is provided for all items and shipping is done using Post.nl for standard delivery and DHL for express delivery international deliveries. Cost of shipping may vary depending on the weight of the item.6

 

Custom and Import Fees

Items may be subject to import fees upon delivery depending on your country and the total cost of the item.

EXCHANGES &  RETURNS

Please read the return policy below before sending the item back to us.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit only we unfortunately do not offer refunds.  Please send an email to info@bobo-couture.com with your order number, full name and reason for returns  (this must be done within 5 working days).
  • Customers are fully responsible for postage cost when returning the item, when we have received the item, we can then exchange the item or send you a store credit (this will not include previous shipping cost). We will only refund shipping cost if there is an error with the item.
  •  Any item returned to us must be unworn and have the original tags on, unwashed, unaltered, and free of fragrance and/or stains.
  • Exchanges for a similar item or store credit will be proceed within a week of receiving the returned item.
  •  Exchanges or store credit will be processed only after we have received and inspected the items (Please send us an email to info@bobo-couture.com before returning any item back to us) If it is in its original unworn condition.

For Exchange, we will send out your choice of items to exchange.

Store Credit & refunds, we will process a store credit which will be in the form of a code via email to you. We can only refund the cost of the item if there is an error with the order. This can take up to 5 working days to clear and we do not have any control over this.

 

  • We reserve the rights to withhold refund or exchanges if the returned item is not in their original condition or if the items has been worn or damaged.

 

  • We do not provide pre-paid return label, the customer will cover the cost of returning an item, we will also not be responsible for an items that is lost in transit so its advisable to send it with a tracked service, we can assist in covering the cost of posting the exchange item back to yourself.

Sale/Clearance Items

Items bought on sale or clearance can only be returned for a store credit or exchange as all sales are final.

Custom Orders

All Items ordered as a custom order cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we can amend items to suit you (if required)

 

Damaged or Defective Or Incorrect items

If for any reason the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us on info@bobo-couture. before you return the item and we will try our best to assist you.

Undelivered Shipment/ Return to Sender

An order may be undelivered if the carrier is unable to deliver your item or the address is invalid. Buyers will be responsible for reshipping the items back to them and the previous shipping cost.
