Delivery & Returns

Bobo Couture maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via UPS from our warehouse in London. Your order will be sent within 3 working days after it has been placed.


When we have the products of your order in stock it will be send quickly. For delivery in the Netherlands PostNL services will be used, for exports we may use a different courier. You will receive an email when your order has been sended.


Products ordered that are in stock should be sended within 24 hours of the order being placed. BOBO-couture holds limited stock and sometimes your order maybe be customized first, this may take longer time, we will inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.

Returns policy

We hope that you enjoy your Bobo-couture purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note:


  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Returned items should not be visibly worn, visibly worn items will be returned to the customer
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • There are no returns on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged
  • If you requested custom alterations to your piece, it can not be returned.


Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and BOBO-Couture is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return.
